Operation Christmas Child

For quite a few years now we, at All Saints, have collected gift-filled shoeboxes to contribute to Operation Christmas Child. Shoeboxes that have carried a message of love and joy to children in many parts of the world who would otherwise have received nothing at Christmas.

Sadly, as a result of the various and varying complications of the past year, we cannot have a physical shoebox collection. However, Operation Christmas Child is still going ahead and, should you wish to contribute, it is possible for you to have a shoebox packed for you by visiting Shoeboxes online, where you can select from a range of gifts to be packed in your box. The process is quite straightforward.

If you would still like to pack your own shoebox the National Collection Week has been moved to 5 to 14 December to coincide with the end of the latest restrictions.  As there won't be a drop off place at All Saints you can find the nearest one via a 'drop-off location finder' on the Operation Christmas Child website.

Each shoebox packed brings the Christmas message of love and joy to another child who has so little of that in his or her life.
