Bible Discussion Group

The All Saints Bible Discussion Group begins again on Friday 5 October after its summer break. The topic for discussion will be Jesus' parables.

P.G. Wodehouse said that a parable is "One of those stories in the Bible which sounds at first like a pleasant yarn, but keeps something up its sleeve which suddenly pops up and knocks you flat"

The group is informal and sociable, you don't need to have any prior Biblical knowledge or have studied the discussion topic in advance. Just bring along a Bible.

Pictures of hands holding a BibleThe group meets in Hazel Grove every fortnight at 2.30pm on a Friday. Lifts can be provided from Cheadle Hulme.
